Upon meeting or seeing a photo of me, people are often perplexed as to why my name is Kevin. When most hear that name, I’m certainly not who they picture! It’s not an uncommon curiosity for those who are meeting me for the first time to wonder how a female got a commonly male name! The answer is easy.
My parents simply loved the name Kevin and determined it would be my name — whether I was a boy or girl! And here I am!
About Kevin Hill
Born and raised in Southern Illinois, I grew up across from the Kentucky border, with much of my childhood spent boating on Kentucky Lake. I went on to attend the University of Alabama and Southern Illinois University. Since moving to Brevard County in 1982, I’ve garnered years of in-depth knowledge of the area and have loved planting strong roots here. This is a wonderful place to live! I have been selling in Brevard County since 1983, giving me 38 years of experience as a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent, now specializing in luxury and waterfront homes in Brevard County, Florida.
My keen insight of the housing market in Brevard, proven marketing & sales strategies and strong sense of integrity have each shown to serve my many clients well throughout the years.
